VERTICAL FORM FILL SEAL (VFFS) MACHINE
The UVA Dynamic Twin Tube is a high‑speed continuous‑motion vertical packaging machine designed to deliver exceptional output within a very small footprint. The machine is capable of producing 300+ pillow bags per minute (2 × 150), depending on bag size, product, and film material.
With a compact footprint of less than 5 square meters, the Twin Tube combines productivity and space efficiency. A 400 mm continuous‑motion heat seal jaw enables both bags to be sealed simultaneously in one motion, supporting high throughput without compromising seal quality.
The machine is suitable for producing both pillow bags and gusseted bags, allowing manufacturers to adapt the packaging format to different products and market requirements.

PROVEN CONCEPT
HYGIENIC DESIGN AND FLEXIBLE INTEGRATION
The showcased UVA Dynamic Twin Tube configuration is designed for the powder industry and represents a proven concept in operational environments. This model is equipped with a Spee‑Dee twin auger and has demonstrated the ability to cut CO₂ emissions by transitioning from canisters to bag‑in‑box packaging, while also increasing overall factory productivity.
The current installation delivers over 200 pillow bags per minute (100 per tube), with each bag filled with 400 grams of powder. Output for other markets may vary depending on product characteristics, bag size, and packaging materials.
As part of the Dynamic machine range, the Twin Tube features an IP55 and IP66 hygienic stainless‑steel sloped frame, waterproof rubber seals, and hygienic ventilation covers. This construction supports efficient cleaning, reduces contamination risks, and helps prevent bacterial growth.
With two independent vacuum film transport units, a 450 mm maximum film roll diameter per tube, and a 260 mm tube pitch, the machine enables seamless connection to multi‑head weighers, augers, and liquid dosing systems, supporting efficient integration into high‑speed production lines.
