The UVA Dynamic Hydro is an advanced, and immensely flexible bagmaker, offering the ability to expand in the field where market requirements dictate.
Such flexibility has been a goal of many VFFS manufacturers but no manufacturer except for VDL Packaging has been able to truly succeed. The UVA Dynamic Hydro, like its predecessors the NEWTON and LIMA, is designed with true expandability as the number one priority. VDL Packaging has for many years concentrated on developing options for a variety of markets that can be added onto a basic machine, either during the base machine production or after installation at the customer’s plant. These options include four corner seal, air deflation, press to close zipper, Slider zipper and a lot more.

WASHDOWN CAPABILITIES
With the UVA Dynamic Hydro this flexibility is further enhanced as the base machine and several optional modules will be available in true IP66 or NEMA 4 execution.
Many competitors in the market have used “washdown hygienic” in their marketing, but do not be fooled as hygienic is very different from washdown. Ingress protection (IP rating) is the most common used method to rate equipment for washdown application. But also here we have seen “IP 69K rated components” rather than full washdown.
This is where VDL Packaging wants to make a difference by offering a full washdown IP66 rated product. We feature a closed cabinet design to reduce product and water contact to a minimum. Every exposed part is thoroughly designed to withstand high and direct water pressure as well as any non aggressive disinfectant as part of the cleaning cycle.

We have always designed, engineered and manufactured all of our machines ourselves while also relying on best in practice components as from Rockwell Allen Bradley®. We continue to stand behind our innovations and proprietary technology as we’ve always have, and can take complete ownership of your complete packaging project or integrate our VDL Packaging equipment into an existing line.
