Recognizing its value, we’ve made this advanced technology available not only on our premium machines but also on the UVA Essential, our entry-level VFFS solution.
This system delivers clear advantages in cost efficiency, operational safety, and maintenance ease. Its heat impulse technology, combined with water cooling, enables rapid temperature fluctuations within milliseconds—ensuring precise, consistent sealing.
One sealing bar features Ultra Puls Technology with multiple ceramic layers for even heat distribution, while the opposing bar uses silicone rubber to create a clean, airtight cut—without the need for a knife. This knifeless design reduces wear, simplifies maintenance, and significantly minimizes downtime.

UVA Essential Ceramic Seal
Optimized for Liquids and Monolayer Films—Seal Smarter, Seal Greener
The ceramic seal system is the ideal solution for packaging liquids and using monolayer films, helping you enhance both sustainability and recyclability of your packaging materials.
At the heart of this system is its precise and rapid temperature control. Thanks to a ceramic-embedded impulse wire and an integrated water cooling system, the cross seal bar can reach temperatures up to 300°C and cool down within milliseconds. This enables ultra-fast sealing cycles and ensures strong, airtight seals—even for challenging liquid products.
The result is a thin, clean seal without excess material or a free skirt, reducing film usage and improving hygiene. It’s a smart, efficient, and eco-conscious sealing solution designed to meet the demands of modern packaging.
